G-series Gaming Mice

Most mouses I have owned the scroll wheel goes click click when i spin it and i can usually count how time times it clicks. The wheel on my new g500 is like a well greased bicycle wheel, when I spin it it doesn't stop. it spins for let me count... 23 seconds before it comes to a dead stop. Is this normal or do i have a defective mouse? This is really annoying when playing games like starcraft because when I accelerate my mouse rapidly forward or backwards, the wheel would "spin on its own" and i would zoom in during a micro battle

Press the button just below the mouse wheel.  That changes the mode of the mouse wheel from the mode you have seen so far and the mouse wheels you are used to on other mouses.

I got the dust out of my mouse by spinning the mousewheel upside down on freespin. Now it keeps going forever and is super sensitive. Be careful!
