G-series Gaming Mice

Hello I recently purchased a G500.

this is my 2nd g500 mice now.

The first one died within 2 months and the 2nd one just died after 1 month.

I don't get it..

They works fine for the first two weeks than they start to decrease in peformence and eventually they break down in a short period of time.

I'm using the two mices on a laptop hp pavilion dv7.

And I only get problems with the g500's.

My previous mouse MX518 had no issues with the laptop. 

Nor do any other mices. 

this is just odd..

I payed 50 for the mice..it works for 2 months max and they just die within a couple of weeks.

I went back to store and got a new one. And bam now the 2nd one is gone to. The cable seems fine and as does the connector there's no dammage  on or in the mouse. 

Any leads on what might cause this problem ?

Hi Lassiaf,

You should contact customer care in your region about your mouse. I have had a G500 for a long time, and I also use one at work and  I've never had any problems with them.
