You're absolutely right! After a while I figured out that the Problems came with origin. For me it got solved when I disabled the in-game-function of origin. after that all the Problems where gone. I figured it out when a friend of mine told me that he has mouse Problems in Battlefield and they were exactly the same as mine, but he uses a kone+.
