So I got my G700 today and on my mousemat the mouse wobbles extremely high amounts and is making it really hard for daily use, especially on games. I cannot move my mouse across my screen in a nice straight line / smooth curve without the mouse flickering around all over the place at the same time.
When NOT on my mousemat and on my solid wooden desk it flickers less but still flickers a lot!
Please can anybody give me a fix / support on this..?
I can't use this mouse anymore if it's going to keep mouse flicking / wobbling!!!!

Hello MrElve,
Does this happen wired or wireless or both? Have you tried the mouse on a clean white sheet of paper? Do you have the Setpoint Software installed? Also, which version of Windows are you running?
Kind Regards,

Hello customer service,
I have the same issue however I only have it when I use my mouse on my 37" television (with hdmi 1080P) screen.
When using a monitor I do not have this issue, however when I want I like to use my tv for gaming, watching series whatever and I would like to use the mouse with it.
Are there any setting I could change to make this work in setpoint, I've already tried a bit but could't find the right settings for it, if there is such a thing. Any other fix? The help is greatly appreciated.
Oh and the receiver is literally 3cm in front of the mouse so that can't be the issue. I'm using white paper for under it, but that works with the monitor too, so I figured that wouldn't be the issue either.
Thank you.
