I just replaced my mobo and did a re-format but now when I have my Logitech G700 plugged into the charging cable it doesn't have full functionality with the extra buttons. I can only get the profile switch and 2 of the side G5 & G4 thumb buttons to work. It has full functions when unplugged and operating wirelessly though. Does anyone know of a fix? I am running latest setpoint 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit which has worked fine in the past.

I've uninstalled setpoint, run ccleaner afterwards and reset my PC then installed setpoint 64bit and I still get the same problem when I plug the mouse into the charging cable.
EDIT:
Finally fixed it be messing around installing/uninstalling drivers in control panel
