G-series Gaming Mice

I have searched the forums for a solution but can't find one.

I gotthe G700 yesterday to use with Star Wars "the Old Republic" using the extra buttons to assign to the "number keystrokes".

I did this and followed the directions via the Setpoint software... but the mouse only works as programmed when plugged in. When it is plugged in it worked perfectly. As soon as I unplug it, none of the buttons work as programmed.

I have deleted and reloaded the "on board memory" with the profiles, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Any assistance I could get on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Mine too... are you running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit? Hope logitech solves this problem quickly......by the way my mouse pointer wouldn't even move when I use it wirelessly..........

Hi,

I recently hit a new problem. Magically, the G700 mouse fixed itself and it will work wirelessly. However, after approximately 30 minutes the mouse will no longer work in wireless mode. My temporary solution is to remove the wireless receiver from the extending cable from the G700 mouse and plug directly to a USB port on my desktop.

So my question is, why would it lost the signal in the first place? And I am sure the moue has enough battery level.
