G700 scrolling issue. Lack of response from mouse

My G700 mouse has decided that when I want to scroll in any direction, it either will stutter the cursor and not actually move, or at best will move as if the scroll speed is the lowest. It occurs intermittently every 1-2 min, regardless of what application I am running. I have changed no hardware or software since Feb.

I don't have a 2nd computer to try running it on, but I have tried different USB ports for the receiver, and turning the mouse off/on. It doesn't do it when the cable is plugged in, but I can't game to the same level of enjoyment with the cable in due to room on my desk.

Any ideas?

Re: G700 scrolling issue. Lack of response from mouse

Hi Ares0286,

Since your mouse is working fine when it's connected. I think it may an interference or a power supply issue.

To avoid interference issues you can try using the extension cord to place the receiver closer to the mouse when it's not used in wired mode.

You can also try to see if this happens when your mouse is fully charge. For further Trouble Shooting please check FAQ Expected battery life of the G700 gaming mouse
