G-series Gaming Mice

I'm sure this has been discussed before as I've noticed the mass amounts of grip threads in this section, and the threads about similar issues I'm having in other non-Logitech forums, but is there anything that could be done about the peeling of the G9 grips? I've had the thing for less than a year (approaching it now), and basically noticed the peeling since about 3 months into ownership. It recently peeled some more, and irritated me enough to finally get an account to ask about it. Is there any way to get it exchanged/replaced? I love the shape of the wide load grip, so it's really a pity it's dying a slow death within the first year of purchase.

I heard that there are new grips coming out in the form of the ID grips, and there are some threads which claim the G9x would have a similar shaped wide load grip with revised materials, any chance G9 owners would be able to get replacements if that's the case?

My buddy did this and believe it or not it worked. Better than buying a new one if its not covered.

if i'm not mistaken, logitech will replace the wide load grips with the peeling problem for free.

iirc it was a problem only for the first batch or so of them, and they have since revised the material composition so that they wont do that.

You can ask logitech for a replacement on that, they gave me a replacement for it.

If they dont replace it , you can get new ones on the G9 parts store.

Well, I went ahead with the support emails and am now being sent a new grip! Thanks all for your suggestions, kudos everyone!  =)
