G-series Gaming Mice

So I have a G9 mouse that works FLAWLESSLY on nearly every game I play... excluding Warcraft III. I seem to be encountering TWO issues with the program, and I cant figure out how to fix it:

1. The G9 doesn't auto-detect that I'm playing warcraft 3. For now, I've resigned to manuall switching profiles, but its a HUGE pain, considering it works perfectly for all other games. Why can't it recognize warcraft 3? Is this a known issue and/or can I fix it?

2. Keystroke assignments to numpad don't work. In war3, Num7, Num4, Num1, et al are assigned to inventory slots. I attempted to set my middle click and thumb buttons to Numpad keystrokes. However, NONE of these work. The Num* assignment even causes the game to scroll up instead of using that inventory slot. So the game is getting SOME sort of input from the mouse, but clearly not what it is supposed to be getting. How can I correctly assign these buttons to the inventory slots for heroes?

Well, if you are using application detection you need to select the right executable. I haven't played Warcraft 3 for years but if I remember correctly the executable for Warcraft 3 is WAR3.exe, an iconless executable. Try selecting that under Application Detection manager and it will autoswitch to your intended profile. A lot of games have extra executables like Loaders so if autoswitch fails try checking running processes with a process viewer(like task manager) to find out the exact name of the executable. Hope this helps.

Not at all - I've got the correct executable (it is WAR3.exe), yet it still doesnt recognize.

However, that STILL isnt the major issue - none of the Num pad assignments work in game, even when manually switched to the profile >_>

**bleep**? Is there no staff on the board? I need an answer - this mouse does not work, and thats defeating the point of buying it. Can someone from Logitech PLEASE look into this and try to answer? I know that I'm not the only one with this problem from my searches online -do you just not care?
