G-series Gaming Mice

I just bought a G9 mouse a few days ago. I really like the mouse, but there are 2 things with the horizontal scroll that bugs me.

1.  When scrolling horizontally, it jumps too far, like a page (a little hard to edit pics, work on excel, etc.). I've read the forums, but can't really find a solution. So I'm wondering if anyone has an idea or a solution to scroll a few lines at a time.

2. When push the scroll wheel right, there is no click but there is a click when push left. Is it a manufacturing defect in some or all G9 mice? Anyone has this problem? I searched online, but cant find anything about it. Also, the middle button a little stiff to press. Is it like that?

Your descriptions indicate a possible hardware defect (the lack of the click and the stiffness of the button). Please contact Customer Support for fruther assistance (and possible warranty replacement).

However is there no way around the horizontal scroll scrolling pages at a time?

Hi,

The horizontal scroll speed and acceleration can be adjusted in SetPoint. This should help somewhat.

Well... I guess that will have to do. I hope the new SetPoint update will scroll only a few lines at a time..... That is, if a new update is to come out.
