G-series Gaming Mice

I bought my G9 on May 18th of this year and I've had the microgear set to freespin since, when I go to switch it back the button on the bottom of the mouse seems to do nothing. It goes all the way in and back out with no click. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,

As the switch is a mechanical switch, it is likely that this is a hardware defect. Please e-mail Customer Support  to process a warranty replacement for the mouse.
