Hi everybody. I have a G9 mouse that the laser on tthe bottom just stopped lighting up. The LED's on the top light up but nothing works. I have tried different USP ports and nothing. I tried an older Dell mouse and it works fine. Is my mouse dead? If so how do I go about getting it warrantied?

So just got off the phone with their customer support. They are sending me a G9X replacement! EXCELLENT customer support!!! Very impressed! Thnak you Logitech!! I loved my G9 and i'm sure i'll love the X version just as much!!
