Hey guys,

Thank you in advance for your help. I have scoured the web looking for a solution to no avail to this: Is possible to cut and paste text into the G9 macros? (As opposed to recording keystrokes for the macro). I should note that I am aware of cutting and pasting within the macro utility itself, but I don't think this helps as I will explain below.

The reason being is that I travel with my G9 a lot. I used to used it with my personal laptop to game with; however, I have more recently been using the macro buttons while using my WORK laptop. More specifically, our email client (which does not allow for signatures... Who knows why not...). I have programed some of the buttons to input my contact information when needed. But at times I need to use the hotel's contact information as well, and I have to type it into multiple emails sometimes (i.e., emails for work don't get CC'd to family). Thus, my problem is this: Every time I need to make a new macro for the hotel I'm in, I have to type the macro all over. Is there a simpler way to just open the macro in Notepad and cut/paste the info I need? Or is there a similar solution?
