I have had my G9X mouse for less than a year and I'm having this issue:
Lateral keys are not working ( I believe those are key 4 and 5).
DPI Change keys are not working.
Left click and right click are working properly.
Wheel, Wheel click, and wheel lateral clicks are all working.
Profile change button works (but can't change profile because the DPI keys don't work).
I have mapped different actions for those buttons to test if they worked (like map to DPI Change the action "left click") and they do not work.
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit.
I have tried reinstalling SetPoint. My current setpoint version is 5.44.5
The driver version is 5.30.67
I have tried on a different computer (laptop windows XP) with setPoint 5.46.10 and driver 5.33.14 and still doesn't work.
When installing it on the laptop, I was asked to reset the mice and I did so, but still the problem was not solved.
Any idea of what is the cause and how to solve it?
It's the second Logitech mouse that has broken for me in 2 years (last was G518) and I'm pretty disappointed.

Hi Skiz87,
It does unfortunately sound like those buttons have ceased functioning on your mouse. Please contact customer care in your region for additional assistance.

Are you using the Wide grip? Have you tried the other grip too?
