G-series Gaming Mice

I've had my G9x for a little over a month now. A couple of days ago, I started noticing that it would occasionally spaz out momentarily, just small jumps or whatever. Now it's so bad that I cannot even use the mouse. I've tried everything I can think of:

-different usb ports

-uninstalling setpoint(gaming version) and reinstalling

-using compressed air to clean the sensor

-different mouse pads (tried matte, glossy, fabric, problem persists)

-adjusting the poll rate (currently set at 125, problem persists at every setting)

-changing the dpi (interestingly, the amount of jitter is proportional to the dpi. Tried a setting of 800 dpi, mouse jumps around still, but much less, so I'm able to click links and such if I have good timing)

What I really don't understand is that it sometimes works. There will be times when I will be able to use it for 30 minutes or more, then all of a sudden, it just goes crazy again.

I really love this mouse, and it was working amazingly up until this point, please help if you can.

I have had this issue with a mouse that was plugged into a front USB port. 

Make sure you have it plugged into the back ports. If you're still having problems, you should contact customer support in your region.

This is happening to me at the moment. It is really frustrating and everything was working fine then suddenly it jitters and shakes when moved. Lower DPI seems to make the rapid movements smaller but it is still impossible to get anything done with precision.

I have had a similar problem to the OP, and tried the fix you suggested.  So far it has worked.

I was wondering if you might know why plugging the mouse into the back-port USB would fix the problem.  Any insight or redirect will be appreciated.
