I've just got myself a logitech g3, and need help with setpoint settings.

I'm a counter strike player, so I'm trying to get the best settings to ensure 1:1 tracking, without any accleration issues.

Basically I'm wanting settings that work in game, and are useable in normal windows. 

I've been reading all sorts of guides which say that you're best leaving windows setting on default 6/11. This is fine in-game, but far too fast in normal windows use.

So I'm wondering what the best way of slowing down the pointer speed, without causing any pixel skipping

Hi presuming_ed,

You should lower the DPI on your mouse. This should make it smoother feeling, without any pixel skipping.
