I've already went into device manager and unticked "Allow this device to wake computer" and it still does!
If I turn off the mouse and dont charge it, it does not wake the PC up but if its off and charing it wakes the computer up in less than 30seconds after sleep mode is started.

This thread is old, but I just got my G700's and solved the problem. In addition to the Power Management tab for Mice and other pointing devices > Logitech HID-compliant G700 Gaming Mouse, also uncheck "Allow this device to awake computer" for Keyboard > HID Keyboard Device.
If you have multiple HID Keyboard Devices with Power Management tabs, you want the one where Details tab > Hardware Ids starts with HID\VID_046D&PID_C06B&REV_6502.... This indicates that it is Logitech.
Without doing both devices, I could reliably bring the PC out of sleep by moving the G700. And the G700 would sometimes do it by itself -- I assume that the G700 was so sensitive that the slightest vibration triggered it.

I know that this is an old thread, but the problem is still visible.
While the aforementioned fix does work, as it states, it disables all of your Logitech devices, including my keyboard. I actually like that my keyboard can wake the computer from sleep, but I just want the mouse to stop. If I bump the desk or something, the computer wakes.
When I actually want to wake it from sleep, I tap a key on the keyboard to get started. Now, by disabling all HID Keyboard Devices, I have to use my PC's power button to wake it.
Any other way to just disable the mouse's wake-from-sleep ability?
EDIT: Nevermind. I went into each HID Keyboard Device and looked at their Hardware IDs. I found the one that matches my keyboard's ID and allowed it to wake from sleep. Now, my mouse doesn't wake the PC, but the keyboard does, as I wanted. Took some work, but finally have this resolved!
