Re: LGS 8.20 is now available for your G300 and G400 mice

Just got a G700 and I'm really dissappointed with having to use SetPoint. I was going to buy a second G700 for my other computer, but I think I'll wait and see if it gets better software.

I really don't get why the G700 is not included

Can you make it possible for the DPI settings to have just two presets. I play bfbc2 and use one setting for running around and one in tanks.

It drives me freakin nuts because it has 4 presets so its click once , then click 3 times.

(G300)

It would be awesome to have a drop box selecting 1-4 DPI presets per profile.  So I could set two set one slow for "on foot" and one fast for in tanks.  Even making it so you could select the same ammount for 1 and 3, and then for 2 and 4. That would also solve the problem. Currently it just slides the next one down if you try to set it in this manner.

Current work around is set default to "slow" then set the switch profile button to "set default"  I lose the ability to switch dpi profiles but get the one click to go back one instead of clicking 3 times to cycle threw. Definately not optimum this way.

I really wanna LGS support for G700.

Setpoint is terrible and outdated software.

Re: LGS 8.20 is now available for your G300 and G400 mice

I got VC++ error everytime I tried to launch LGS.

Is there any workaround for it?

I don't mind installing a older version of LGS, but I cannot find the link...

Re: LGS 8.20 is now available for your G300 and G400 mice

Currently I have three versions of your software installed to run the devices I have and cannot understand to save my life why they can't all be put in the same software so I don't have to run so many processes in the background.

It's sloppy to say the least that my G9 uses it's own SetPoint software, my Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX uses it's own SetPoint software and my G15 Keyboard and G35 Headset uses Logitech Gaming Software.

I own a computer repair/retail business and have been selling Logitech product for years, and right now I am researching alternatives to provide a product that makes more sense... I really wanted to offer complete solution to my customers such as speakers, mouse and keyboard combinations.  Reading your customers posts who are upset enough to voice their opinions make me wonder if I want to put my customers through the same thing.
