G-series Gaming Mice

I have Win 7x64 and g300 mouse and I have tried reinstall and disabling the User Account Control, but still it doesn't launch... I have the same problem whit 8.30. what shall I do?

Something is blocking it. That much is obvious. My first guess would be a virus scanner that has wrongly tagged it as a virus or a security threat. Check the virus scanner's log to see if has listed it or some component of it as a virus and blocked or quarantined it. if so, you need set the software as an exception. If it hasn't, then something else has. you'll need to check windows firewall  and other system policies. Check the install location and make sure the file/folder doesn't have a security limitation (such as administrators only.) Also, if you have setpoint installed it may interfere with gaming software recognizing the mouse.
