I have become used to the Steel Teflon series from (http://www.ulti-mat.com/) and they have been superb. The traction and speed with out all the friction. I can set my G500 to high or low dpi and it usually performs effortlessly. I have used cloth pads in the past but, now I prefer a hard surface. Steel has been great so far. IMO its the smoothest mousepad for the bux.

The Steelseries S&S + G5 is the most perfect combination for me. Amazing for low DPI gamers. I just wish my S&S was bigger!

Puretrak Talent is the best mouse pad I've ever used.
Steelseries QcK Heavy is probably my next favorite.

I have a razer destructor that I paid quite a bit for that is now wearing out after only a year... pathetic mousepad.
I also have a steelseries icemat which is fantastic(though loud). So for now I'm using th e icemat. I think I'll email razer and see what I can do about this destructor pad.

I've been using the fUnc Industries mouse pads for over a decade now. My current pad is the sUrface1030 Archetype.

i have a razer destructor and a steel series QcK and i must say that the feel and tracking of the QcK is amazing. THe main reason why i switched is that the surface of the destructor was killing the feet on my mouse. So, i switched and for how inexpensive the QcK is i think eveyeone should try it. I think i paid 9 bucks for my Qck vs 39 for the razer one. so yeah <3 steelseries Qck, Qck+ and Heavy.

Used to use a Ratzpad, switched to one of those aluminum Rocketfish gaming mouse pads from Best Buy. I was running into the ratpad actually being too slick, so was looking for something not quite as slick. I tried this pad out since I knew I could just take it back to BB if I didn't like it. I like the looks of it and I like that it's much thinner than the ratzpad.
