The problem It's probably been noticeable the past 2 days... Anyways!
Whenever I proceed to left click (regardless of application, game, or software) the action tends to either:
- repeat, causing a double click.
- deactivates, forcing me to re-initiate a left click.
- acts normally (sometimes).
The way i remedied the problem was to readjust the amount of pressure I apply upon clicking but hasn't been effective. Has anyone encountered this problem at all?
- I've updated the software/drivers.
- checked all USB ports upon connection (I have numerous ports on my full tower).
- I've even tested a different mouse on said USB ports with no issues/problems.
And much more, I decided to revert to my old mouse for now until I can resolve the issue, which most likely is a hardware problem.
The mouse was originally bought VIA BestBuy.com when they had their special sale going on for the mouse, which was a while back. I can't find the receipt or anything...
- How would I go on about requesting for a Manufacturing Warranty and such?
Any help is much appreciated.
