G-series Gaming Mice

Ok, i bought my g9x a few months back. And maybe a month ago or 2 sometimes when i try to scroll up or down, the scrolling does not work, but when i press the middle button and move the mouse up and down, it works. At first i thought it was a computer issue but then i conected the mouse to another computer and the problem continues. I tried changing profiles but the problem stays the same. 

Im really disapointed, it becomes really anoying to when the scrolling goes away, and sometimes comes back.

Any idea?

oh and how can i use the warranty of 3 years stated in the box, im currently in Chile.

I would really apreciate any kind of help, i'm seriously thinking of buying a new non logitech mouse =S.

i have the same problem. and it annoys me when im playing Special Force because it scroll automatically sometimes. i think it's because of the dirt. i use my g9x for almost 1yr or 8months i can't remember. how can i fix it? im from Philippines and i think there is no logitech center here.
