I purchased a G500 gaming mouse through amazon on february 8th.
I immediately loved it, but I noticed that the scroll wheel seemed a bit wobbly (it can be jiggled back and forth a good amount before actually triggering the left/right scroll) but didn't think too much of it.
However recently I tried the G500 that a friend of mine had purchased some time last year, and it's very clear that their scroll wheel feels a lot more solid, while scrolling, clicking, etc. And I'm quite certain that mine was somehow damaged.
Unfortunately the 'return window' for amazon expired this week on the 12th, so I would like to know if Logitech provides any sort of warranty or service where I could send them the mouse to fix or replace.
Best,
~Johannes

Hello joshadow,
The mouse has a 3 year warranty. I would suggest contacting support with in your region for further assistance.
Kind Regards,
