Hi,
About 2 months ago I bought a g500 gaming mouse. Four weeks later, it broke. So I went to the store where I bought it, and got a new one. Two weeks later, it broke again. Same story, I got a new one. Now it broke again, for the third time.
I'm fed up with it, does anyone know how this problem might be caused. I've heard that it might be something with the usb-ports, but I'm not sure.

Hello Guardiann,
With out more details concerning how the G500s were behaving, it is impossible to answer how it could be happening.![]()

same thing happen to me my first one stopped working correctly after 1year got it RMa and now yesterday same probleme is back the mouse stop working again I have ot change replug it everytime and something the mouse just don't boot at all, I think the probleme is inside the mouse near the cable exit they are really of bad quality and the way they are place in the mouse is terrible. But I can't garranty this is your issue but my friend decided to open his mouse ot fix it himself and he said that was the cause and he had the same probleme I have.

Guardian let me guess the mouse broke in a way where you click the left mouse button and it double clicks and when you drag and drop it drops whenever it wants to. I hope that's it because if not then this mouse is fighting a losing battle.
I have had 3 and i am again going to replace my mouse because of that issue again! but this time i won't make the mistake. I am going to buy a mouse that is not in this Series and i am not even sure if it's gonna be in the logitech Label, few guys tell me to try out Deathadder by Razer or something i am going to think about this because i am fed up with this. It does not look good in a city where you can be remembered once you leave the door to come 3 times with the same issue.
I treat my mouse like it's a baby! i barely play games, i use it mostly for programming, drawing in Illustrator and the only game i play is Action Quake which is a First person shooter from the 90's... I do not play any game called "Click me like crazy" or "hammer the button to get the high score"..
