Which makes me sad, but as a long-time Logitech customer, one area they seem to fall down on is support for 'the old and busted' when 'the new hotness' is available - or right around the corner.
And I'd be lying if I said that this experience with their supposed top-tier mouse not being supported by their top-tier software wouldn't have an impact on future purchasing decisions.
Next time I have a mouse to buy, I may consider a non-Logitech brand.
And given the fact that I have close to twenty years of brand loyalty to Logitech, that's not easy for me to say.
