I am having trouble with my G700 logitech mouse and the macros (seapoint).
I have just bought a g700 mouse, and the macros are not registering on my mouse.
I will try to program a macro for a game (Dc online Universe) using seapoint but the mouse will not register the command, unless I unplug the mouse receiver and then plug it back in the computer/laptop.
Is there anyway I can fix this problem/glitch?

This often happens when a game's macros have been programmed to the wrong profile.
Try assigning the macros to a profile, programming that profile's behavior to the memory of the mouse (Use the profile manager and select onboard memory, then put the profile on to the mouse's onboard memory). Manually select the profile and test. If it works, then you either have a detection issue where SP isn't catching the active .exe OR the macros are assigned to the wrong profile.

My G700 wireless mouse is almost impossible to use, it just lags and jumps all over the place and takes 5 minutes just to click on the reply button, but logitech wont even respond to my emails or forum posts. I dont think they even care.

I am in a discussion with a GM and other management at SOE that using Logitech mice might be considered "cheating". 'Giving the user an unfair advantage' relevant to other users. I assume this means individuals who do not have the mouse? I wrote the president of Sony and was contacted by Playstation, not SOE though.
I am not sure how this can be considered an unfair advantage or what to do. My family and I have used logitech happily for decades. Anyone else have similar issues or any idea how to proceed? I do not want to be banned for playing a game and using a gaming mouse. But, so far SOE cust support has been very vague related to this issue.
