G-series Gaming Mice

Hello

I have mouse G500 and have problem with software SetPoint. When I have General profile for all aplication (low sensitivity) and one profile for SWTOR (some sensitivity but have Macros), I have problem when I start WoW - Mouse sensitivity and DPI get to Hight but in General profile I have low. I try it with make special profile for WoW with some of General profile and when I start WoW, mouse senstitivity get hight again but just for 1-2sec every switch.

Where is problem please ?

Uninstall and reinstall latest setpoint software.
