Hello pacman00700,

That looks like the Parallels bug. What operating system are you using?

Re: Spinning screen with G400

Hello pacman00700,

If possible, please test your G400 on a different computer. I have also seen this happen when running Windows on a Mac system. If you are using an external USB hub, dock or pass through device, please disable them for trouble shooting purposes.

I am not running windows on a mac platform. I am running windows x64 directly and the mouse is directly connected to me desktop.

i have no other computer to test it on. however,  i idid test my microsoft mouse on my desktop and the screen does not spin with that mouse.

Re: Spinning screen with G400

Hello pacman00700,

Thank you for the update. If you have any other applications installed that are intended to assist with configuring control devices, please remove them for trouble shooting purposes. Such as an application for your previous mouse. Doe this happen if the Logitech Gaming Software is removed or exited? I suggest trying the G400 in clean boot mode. http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/228/~/booting-clean-in-windows-7,-vista,...

This would eliminate any start up applications or services that may be causing a conflict. Do you notice any unintended behavior when not in a game?
