G-series Gaming Mice

An application called LiveStation is being detected by the SetPoint software as a Game - which supsequently results in changing of the Mouse settings. Perhaps because the application uses OpenGL. Is there any way to selectively prevent a particular application from being detected as a Game. Or Can i disable automatic detection of only OpenGL games/applications BUT be able to alow detection of specific games?
