G-series Gaming Mice

I have both the G13 & G600, and using the Logitech Gaming Software 8.35.18.

I found out that under Win7 x64, the software does not fire extended F keys (F13 - F24). which is same as this message:

Is it possible to add the F13 - F24 support?

I see that there are more users experiencing this issue, could you please provide me with your computer specs so we can take a deeper look into this issue.

Mean while could you please try with the Logitech GamePanel Software and let me know how it goes.
