G-series Gaming Mice

When I move the mouse around it will jump half way across the screen in the direction i was moving. I twill pause a lilittle before it happens like my computer stopped to think for a second.

I am using it on a macbook pro. A new one.

Hello dipecora,

There are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can perform to isolate the problem.

Please ensure your mouse is plugged directly in to your computers USB port and not in to a pass through device such as a USB hub.  Please unplug the mouse form your computer, and with the mouse unplugged press the left and right mouse buttons repeatedly for approximately 15 seconds.  This will cause any residual power to be eliminated form your  mouse causing it to be reset.  If you are able to, please test your mouse on a different computer. The G500 mouse does come with a three year warranty.  If your problem persists, I would suggest contacting Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
