Welcome to the New Logitech Community Forums GEORGIAN. :smileyhappy:

The warranty for the controller is for 2 years. :smileyhappy: Can you give me the M/N and the P/N of the controller. I may be able to look up for more information on the controller and provide you with more troubleshooting steps.

If you require further assistance, please let me know.

Re: PS2 cordless 2.4GHz action controler EA SPORTS

Thank you for replying GEORGIAN.

The warranty is based on two years from your date of purchase.  For the issue that you are experiencing, I would first suggest that you try recalibrating the controller.

1. Remove one battery.
2. Hold the L1 and L2 buttons while re-inserting the battery.  (NOTE:  Do not touch or move the mini-joysticks at all during this time. It is very important that the mini joysticks are allowed to center themselves during this step or the calibration procedure will not be successful.)
The mini-joysticks should now be re-calibrated. Please note that in some cases you may need to resynchronize the gamepad and receiver after this procedure.

Let me know if the controller functions correctly after following my suggestion. :smileyhappy:

Problem - PS2 cordless 2.4GHz action controler

Hi,
I have the same cordless controller:
M/N: G-X2D11
P/N: 863239-0000
FCC ID: DZLGX2D

I am trying to make it work with my PS2 slim (SCPH 7012CB) but I am having problems with it.
My first question: is this controller compatible with the PS2 slim that I am using?

The problem with the controller is that when I connect it to the console and a game starts, in the game it looks like I keep pressing an arrow or a button when I am actually not pressing anything. The controller sends a signal like if I am holding the stick in one direction and in some other gamers like if I am pressing one button, and it stays like that the whole time even if I press other buttons.

What can I do to fix this problem?
