We no longer have a specific program to make skins for this case. Included in the package was a plastic template you can use to trace out and cut your own images (The backing of the PSP slim package contained this. It also had the manual and the questionnaire card).
This is what I personally did anyways (for my old PSP case). Gaming magazines often have awesome, glossy high res images on the front cover, and they make great case skins.
If you tossed out this template, you can always remove the black silicone liner, and use that to trace out the image, and then trim that to fit the case.
