Hello!

I recently acquired cordless rumblepad 2.

But I got a problem: I installed logitech software with the cd, but when I plug the receiver on USB, I got this problem: my game controller is not recognized.

In the device manager, it says "unknown device: no drivers are installed for this device".

I tried with a more recently software (on logitech site) but problem still the same.

My config is:

M2R32-MVP Asus
AMD64 x2 5600+
Windows pro sp2 32bit

Can someone help me?

PS: The receiver seems to work (when I press a button on the gamepad, the LED of the receiver works).
I tried on another computer and the gamepad works perfectly on it.

i have the same problem and my OS is vista 32bit . can you help us? i did not comprehend why my rumblepad is not recognized
