So, I bought the dual action gamepad. I was able to configure about everything i wanted to on it but not one thing, the ability to look around. The mouse is ususally used for this on pc, but i wanted the ability for my right analog stick. What should i do?

Use the profiler to map the right joystick to the mouse axis. 

Without the profiler installed on my current computer this may be a little bit rusty but . . . . 

Click on the Right joystick x-axis .  . . . . go down to axis properties . . . . then go down to map to: and select mouse x-axis 

Click on the Right joystick y-axis . . . . . . go down to axis properties . . . . then go down to map to:  and select mouse y-axis. 

Note:  when using the profile you may need to perform a mouse click somewhere on the game.   But this should work.
