I just bought the chillstream for pc to play only pes 2008. The corners of the left stick isn't work properly. For example, when you're in the game if the player go to the one of the main directions and try to change the direction to one of two close corners, the player doesn't move that direction of the corner. If you move the stick to exact corner, it usually works, but i never need to use the exact corners on my dualaction or rumplepad and i think nobody does. After a few calibrates the gamepad is getting close to work properly. Even if it would work properly after the calibrate, i still call that a problem because none of my gamepads needs calibrate and i still call that a shame. With this problem, i can't play the game right(manual dribbles, right moves when i want, etc.)
Thank you Logitech, i always appreciate your quality and that's why i always choose your products(g25, rumplepad2 cordless and normal,dualaction,Extreme 3D Pro), but this time you really make me disappointed.
I know you're gonna tell me contact your customer service, if it's necessary they will replace my product. I already wanna tell you, i replaced the product at the store where i bought, it has same issue too.
I and the gamer salesman at the store think if we send it to the service, they will check the directions and send it back to us with a note types on it:"The directions works ok". And we both think this product serie has the problem.
I don't know what kind of problem, hardware or sofware. But i know that you should fix this.Thank You...
