As part of our current board restructure, we have added several new message boards to account for the missing product categories. The General board will be locked and archived. Please post product related threads in corresponding product boards. Feedback for the community and Customer Care should be posted in the newly created "Share your Thoughts" board.
Here's the timeline for this board restructure:
Phase 1,July 20th, 2010:
- Announcement posted in the News and Announcement area and affected boards.
- The new Squeezebox category is created.
- The new Security Cameras category is created.
- Feedback for the community and Customer Care should be posted in the newly created "Share your Thoughts" board.
Phase 2, July 26th, 2010
- The General board is locked as read only.
- Existing conversations can be moved to new areas upon user request.
Phase 3, July 30th, 2010
- The General board is moved to the "Archives" category.
- Old content will still appear in search.
Please note that URLs for existing posts, threads, boards and category will not be changed. All archived material will still remain available in the Archives category and appear in search results.
