Hi
I sent my rebate in May for the Logitech Pure WiFi speakers for iPod which has $30 mail-in-rebate. I purchased this from amazon and sent the rebate in May.In August when I checked the status it said "The check has been mailed on Aug 2nd" but I never received the check at that time. When I followedup with the support they mentioned they will be resending the check in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks when I checked the status it said "The check has been mailed on Oct 24th". I never received any check so far. Can some one help to look into this issue.

Invalid Reason: Cordless Optical Mouse Silver Missing UPC
This is what I got in my email. I however did submit my UPC so I should get my rebate. I will not be purchasing anymore Logitech products if this is how they handle this.

SaleenS7TT- It will be helpful to always keep copies of your submission documents that you have mailed to us, just in case there are any concerns. The transaction will be a lot faster for me to investigate. Please send me a private message and provide me your submission ID# along with your name. If you have a copy of your UPC code, please be prepared to send me a copy so that I can complete your rebate validation.

I never received my check.

And here's the full story:
In Aug. 2008 I purchased Pure-Fi Elite High Performance system for IPOD. I submitted my rebate for $ 70 and received a confirmation Oct 23, 2008 that my rebate has been processed and I will get the check in 2 weeks. After 1 month, I didn't get the check. So I called back. Found that the company that processes rebates went bankrupt. A lady who picked the phone suggested to call Logitech customer care. I did. One guy there said he will reprocess the rebate and gave me a reference # and said I will get the rebate check soon. Then I waited. Again, no check. Called again Logitech customer service. They have no information about the reference # I was given. They asked me to call the new rebate company. Called the new rebate company. They said they have no info about my rebate since it was processed by another company. They asked me to call Logitech. Called logitech again. They transferred me from here to there. And finally said they cannot do anything about it.
I have the proof of the email that says my rebate was processed and I will be getting the rebate check shortly. If this is not FRAUD what is it??? Never buy Logitech products. This is a REBATE SCAM!
