I checked up on my rebate I had not received back from around Christmas, when I clicked on the link I received via email the status was UPC code missing. When sending in rebates I always make copies and affix the UPC code to the rebate form, this is the second time I have had problems with a Logitech rebate................makes me think never again! I have a copy of the rebate form I sent in along with the UPC code what can be done about this?

Please help and check what is the problem of the Logitech Rebate processing, otherwise I have no option but filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, several complaint websites and taking other action. There are too many of us having this problem so we all know that Logitech is the one with the problem of not paying!!!!!

That's why it's good to shop with big electronic companies like Futureshop and Bestbuy: No End-user Rebates!

Somewhere on this Logitech site is a follow-up form to contact Logitech's rebate center (If it's still here; procedures might have changed from 2006). Private Message (PM) Mona, she's very helpful.

same thing happened to me... Anybody know what to do? I'm pretty sure i sent that the UPC in. I made copies of everything.
