ok i have a defective LX710 Laser mouse here, i sent a ticket via Email Support on the website on Sept.28, and i didn't got a response from Logitech yet. Before the update, they used to answer me in a day or two, but now i wonder if my problem has reached Logitech, or they just ignored my request.

wow, i had a reply of that guy named "Log1techISASCAM", and they deleted his account?
wait....they deleted his account, but the support service is still unresponsive?
edit: haha! i knew it! i bet all our email support tickets went in a virtual black hole never to be found, and now they just found out and took the email support down again!
i guess i'm forced to give them a call then...because i'm sick of waiting now!

I too haven't received a response since sept 29. I'm very disappointed.

I don't know, but over a month to reconfigure your e-mail system? Sounds like the TOP people involved. I don't think these people plan on honoring any off their service commitments. See my post in another thread on this same board.

I'm giving up on Logitech and buying elsewhere from now on.
