880 is stuck on "OK" or "Is Everything Okay" on lower right corner...HELP~!

My 880 all of sudden is stick with the statements lower right part of the screen with either "OK" or "EVERYTHING IS OKAY"  I press the thumb button to the right of the arrow but the message just won't clear!!  Any thoughts?  Updated firmware.....

see the FAQ sticky on how to update the firmware in safe mode

Tried that and the very first screen after boot up on lower right side...(above welcome to your remote assistant) lower right side: OK> and that wont respond or clear by pressing the button to the right of it!!!  UUUGGGH.
