I have called Harmony's Customer support but they won't sell me any parts.
I am looking for a source for a replacement battery terminals located at J1 of the circuit board. Part number is right on the battery terminal itself and appears to be 27192. Anybody have any back door access to parts or know of a loop hole to get this simple 50 cent part?
