Re: Harmony 659 + Intec PS3 Infared Remote = Harmony and PS3 compatibility?

Logitech requires YOUR incident number so that they can track what they did for you and replicate it for others, including me. I have an open ticket and they are looking for your incident number. Can/will you provide it?

Re: Harmony 659 + Intec PS3 Infared Remote = Harmony and PS3 compatibility?

I contacted Logitech customer support and received a reply indicating that:
"added the Intec IR remote to your account and the Games activity."

But I don't see it there.  I replied asking them for confirmation that they've added it to my account, and I just got a short email saying - basically - yes, we're sure.  Am I doing something wrong?  I click "ADD DEVICE", select, GAME CONSOLE (WITH DVD), but Intec isn't there.

Help would be very much appreciated.

make sure that when learning in raw mode you don't have a lot of lights on (they can cause interference)...also, make sure you use the quickest press you can on the original remote.  I've found that helps with learning commands.  don't press and hold at all...just a quick press and immediately raise your finger

Has anyone saved the commands for the Intec directional controls in a profile yet?

I can't get the directional keys to work either. Essentially making the harmony ineffective by itself with the PS3.

Re: Harmony 659 + Intec PS3 Infared Remote = Harmony and PS3 compatibility?

Also, the OK button at the center of the directional key cannot be binded. It doesn't work even with a command that is working on another button.

So basically :

1 : The remote cannot be teached in RAW mode
2 : Selecting Playstation 3 make everything work except the directional keys
3 : The directional key and the OK key cannot be binded with working command from other buttons

Help Logitech!
