This may be a silly question but...
My primary "Watch TV" activity turns on my TV, selects the appropriate input on my home theatre, and turns on my Apple TV.
I have a "Play Game" activity which also turns on my TV, selects the appropriate input on my home theatre, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to let it leave the Apple TV alone. I have spent an hour trying to completely disassociate the Apple TV from "Play Game," but can't figure it out.
Please help!

here's how good I am...
you have a PS3 or Wii, and you didn't add it to your setup because you know it doesn't have IR and you can't control it.
but you setup a play game activity anyway to get everything else setup.
well, here is the thing, it will only let you setup a game activity with a game in your setup, so it's forcing the apple tv into it.
I recommend adding the PS3 or Wii to your setup even though you can't control it. Then, when you setup the play game activity, it should let you choose between the PS3/Wii that you just added and the apple tv

I have a PS3 - but I just use the controller to turn it on manually. I'll try your suggestion and see if it works.
