Harmony Remotes - Hardware

I will NEVER buy a logitech product again.  i use to love their products from speakers to mice and keyboards...I bought a Harmony 880 and lost 5 hours of my life and a wasted trip to the store.  I work in a Electronic store and USE to sell these because i have herd nothing but positive things abouth the Harmony line up......however hands on speaks everything.  my remote stopped working after about 20 mins and never worked again.  i updated firm ware, updated software, uninsalled and reinstalled software, read forms and took there info, and still nothing.  when all else failed  i contacted logitech with no answer....NEVER AGAIN and my only advice is buy another product.

I'd contact them again by phone, supposed that your remote is still under warranty.
