Harmony One "okay" button failed??

Hello all,

last night I discovered a problem with my H1.  The okay button stopped working.  I first thought maybe it had lost it's programming so tried it on different equipment, still nothing.  Reloaded the config and updated the software, still nothing.  Haven't had it more than six months..I have a message into technical support..Anyone else having problems?  My biggest worry is I can't find my invoice..I think I bought it at circuit city..Bad memory :-(

I am pretty sure it's a hardware issue as it doesn't show the transmit symbol, nor does it turn on the backlight.  Sure seems like an early failure for an expensive remote but maybe a fluke..

I don't think you need to worry about needing a receipt.  They replaced my remote without providing a receipt.  Your warranty starts the first time you create an account online for the remote and update it.

Boy, I guess you get what you pay for.  I emailed customer service, they gave me a list of things to try which didn't fix it.  They are sending me a new (or refurb, they didn't say) with instructions to send my old one back..Now that is service!!!
