Harmony Remotes - Hardware

I have a Logitech Harmony One remote that's less than 2 months old. I use it nearly every day. It's on the charging cradle all night every night. The remote may be off the cradle all day or just during the evening. Lately, I've noticed that the battery seems to be running down fast -- like a couple hours. This can't be normal. I didn't think "battery memory" would be a problem with lithium-ion batteries.
