Harmony Remotes - Programming

Hi,

Maybe you guys have some ideas for me to fix this issue.

I have 2 products that respond to the poweron/off command.

1 HighDefenition Cable reveiver and 1 StandardDefenition Cable receiver (SD receiver is able to record and pause live tv).

The problem is that, when I choose to an activity (I.E. watch TV, because I want to poweron the HD receiver for the best quality), both receivers will poweron or power off when I close the activity.

The brand of both receivers is Samsung.

Standard remote controllers are almost similar (poweron, ch-up/ch-down, volume are the same commands).

Is there anyway to solve this issue with my Logitech Harmony One?

Welcome to the forum Dennis.

As the original remotes must also cause this problem there is no way the Harmony could do anything different.

Have you checked whether Samsung provide any solution, such as offering more than one set of controls?
