880 and Onkyo HT-S7100 Home Theater System

My new Onkyo system will probably be here in a week so I better get up to speed setting up my 880.  I currently have a Samsung TV, DVD, Satellite DVR and Roku set up on the remote.  All components are HDMI and they all work great.

With the new Onkyo system this will all change since all components go through the HDMI connections on the Onkyo receiver right?

Do I control everything through the Onkyo remote or just volume and the component selection (DVD, Roku, etc.)?

Is the Onkyo remote in the Harmony database?

It's all a little intimidating right now.  I struggled getting the Roku set up but finally figured it out after about three hours.

Any hints really appreciated.

This is one way of setting it up, presumably the best.

This depends on the abilities of the Onkyo remote, but for setting up a Harmony it's the better way to integrate all devices.

Not the remote, but the HT-S7100 Home Theater System, it's under AV-Receiver.

Thanks for the quick response.  I guess it can't be any tougher than the Roku (maybe a little).
