Hi,
I'm using a Harmony 880 to control an Antec Fusion Black 430 running Vista Ultimate x86 with the iMON software 7.40. Using various device configs in the Harmony software I am able to control everything except for the pause command. I've tried the following device configs
Antec Fusion Black 430
Microsoft Vista Media Center Edition
Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2005
Soundgraph iMON PAD
As I said, all work for all buttons major buttons but none works correctly for pause, where the LCD reports "Not Recognized". I have used the workaround of assigning another button to the Pause button and configuring this in the iMON software to the pause keypress, but if I can just use Pause for Pause that would be better. The iMON software is set to MCE remote.
Thanks,
Phil/TW

Hi Torquewrench,
I am glad you have found a workaround but agree it would be nice to have it working correctly. Have you tried learning the Pause command in RAW format (assuming you have an original remote)? Here are the steps:
If this does not work, you could contact Harmony Technical Support who can search the database for this command.
Regards,
Mark

I believe I am suffering by the same hardware type (iMON VFD OEM). Sad to say I also have tried to learn the original remote's commands and also had troubles with learning "Pause" especially, but finally I succeeded at least in learning: I put the remotes not 2 inches apart, but rather only 2 cm.
It was but of no real use, at least for me! Most of the"learned" commands work not acceptably delayed only (Pause) or not at all.
It's just if you are interested in experiments.

I don't have the original remote, but if I call tech support I'll share the results.
Thanks,
TW
